NOAA publication added on 12/15/09: Demand for Hawaii Bottomfish Revisited

"Fish on Fire" was used as the cover artwork for a recent publication of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).  The flame snapper is a highly esteemed food fish and increasingly has been subjected to unsustainable fishing pressure in waters surrounding Hawaii.  The NOAA publication deals with some of the economic drivers that complicate the conservation of this and other bottomfishes in Hawaii.
